I had been eye-balling this book since it came out! I love Tina Fey…alot. She is a hilarious every-woman, and has amazing sensibilities about which projects she wants to be a part of! I started this book while we were at the beach , but I needed to finish The Lovely Bones before I could really dive in. Now the time has come! I have been laughing my way through this book every night before bed and every break-time at work!

Now, because I’m a photographer it is my inclination to share with you an excerpt from Bossypants that’s all about posing at a photoshoot :

” Know your weaknesses. For example, I have what can be described as “dead shark eyes.” But if I try too hard to look alert, I look batshit crazy, like the runaway bride. If a bout of ” creepy face ” sets in, the trick is to look away from the camera between shots and turn back only when necessary. This also limits how much of your soul the camera can steal.”

So, If you’re looking for a fast read, and a good laugh….Bossypants is it my friend!
