nifty thrifty

I have been a thrifter for years….until more recent months, I mainly thrifted for household items, accessories, and craft supplies. I couldn’t really see how I would be able to find any clothes that would be my style, or be the right fit. Thankfully I have changed my mindset on that! Recently I have found a couple super cute (& cheap!) skirts that fit so well and really represent my style! I adore the prints of both of these amazing skirts!

……A little bit of a different format today for an “outfit post” . It was so fun to mix and match, and in the process I even found a couple combinations that I hadn’t thought of before!  Enjoy!

Here’s to my new fashion thrifting adventures! I plan to (finally!) learn how to sew this year. That way if I find the perfect print or fabric but it’s not my size, or a modern fit….. I can fix it myself! Hooray for crafty progression!

  3. I’m interested in making my own music blog and I’m constantly looking through many music blogs throughout the day finding new music first before other people that I know. But how exactly do those blogs find that music first? Can I really start by just posting the music I find on other blogs?.

I think that if you just focus on post in music that you love, then it doesn’t matter where you first heard of it. Or you could always credit that music blog that you found it on like: ” I love Florence and the Machine, thank goodness I heard of them on the music blog!”

Your music blog would be full of bands/songs that are specific to your own taste, and that will always be unique!
